Senior AI Engineer

pWe are seeking a bSenior AI Engineer /b to join a growing team focused on delivering cutting-edge Artificial Intelligence solutions across a range of business-critical projects. This role offers the opportunity to work on advanced AI initiatives, including bGenerative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), Machine Learning, and AI-driven automation /b, helping to shape the organisation's AI strategy and capabilities. /p pAs a senior member of the team, you will take ownership of end-to-end AI solutions, collaborate with stakeholders across the business, and provide technical leadership on complex AI projects. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liDesign, develop, deploy, and optimise AI and Machine Learning solutions for production environments. /li liBuild and implement Generative AI and Large Language Model (LLM) applications. /li liDevelop scalable AI architectures and integrate AI solutions into existing systems and workflows. /li liWork closely with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions. /li liLead the full AI lifecycle, from data preparation and model development through to deployment, monitoring, and continuous improvement. /li liEvaluate emerging AI technologies and recommend best practices for adoption. /li liMentor and support junior AI engineers, providing technical guidance and leadership. /li liCollaborate with cross-functional teams including Data Science, Engineering, Product, and Business stakeholders. /li /ul h3Required Experience /h3 ul libMinimum 5 years' commercial experience as an AI Engineer /b, developing and deploying AI solutions within production environments. /li liStrong hands-on experience with bMachine Learning, Deep Learning, Generative AI, and Large Language Models (LLMs) /b. /li liProven experience building AI-powered applications and services that deliver measurable business value. /li liExperience working across the full AI development lifecycle. /li liStrong programming skills in Python and experience with modern AI frameworks and libraries. /li liExperience deploying AI solutions within cloud environments such as bAzure, AWS, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP) /b. /li liSolid understanding of MLOps, model monitoring, and AI governance best practices. /li liDemonstrated ability to lead technical projects and influence AI strategy. /li liExperience mentoring engineers and contributing to the development of high-performing technical teams. /li /ul h3Desired Experience /h3 ul liExperience with Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures. /li liKnowledge of vector databases and AI orchestration frameworks. /li liExperience fine-tuning and deploying Large Language Models. /li liExposure to AI agents, multi-agent systems, and advanced Generative AI use cases. /li liExperience working in enterprise-scale environments. /li /ul h3What We're Looking For /h3 ul liA technically strong bSenior AI Engineer /b with at least b5 years of industry experience in AI Engineering /b. /li liSomeone capable of leading complex AI initiatives while remaining hands-on with development and deployment. /li liA strong communicator who can engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. /li liA proactive individual who is passionate about advancing AI capabilities and driving innovation. /li /ul h3What's on Offer /h3 ul liOpportunity to work on large-scale AI and Generative AI initiatives. /li liExposure to the latest developments in Machine Learning and LLM technologies. /li liCollaborative and innovative working environment. /li liClear career progression and leadership opportunities. /li liCompetitive salary and benefits package. /li /ul
