pOur client, a leading organization in the utility sector and an essential entity under NIS2, is seeking an expert to support their journey toward ISO 27701 certification. The role focuses on privacy management, legal support, and the continuous optimization of existing security and privacy management systems. /p ul liIntegrate security and privacy requirements into contract management with service providers. /li liEmbed security and privacy controls within organizational change management processes. /li liOptimize and maintain the register of processing agreements and the processing register (RoPA). /li liExecute Data Protection Impact Assessments (DPIAs) and comprehensive risk analyses. /li liUpdate and refine existing processing agreements and data retention policies. /li liCollaborate on the optimization and maintenance of the Information Security Management System (ISMS) and Privacy Information Management System (PIMS). /li /ul ul li8+ years of legal expertise in bprivacy /b and binformation security /b with a bMaster in Law /b. /li li8+ years of security consultancy experience within bdata /b, binfrastructure /b, or bapplication /b environments. /li liYou possess expert knowledge in the implementation of bISO 27001 /b, bISO 27002 /b, and bISO 27701 /b. /li liYou bring a comprehensive understanding of bBelgian privacy legislation /b and bGDPR /b. /li liYou have experience in bdata governance /b, including bdata classification /b, bretention /b, btransfers /b, and bcloud security /b. /li liYou hold a bDPO certification /b and have proven experience in bInformation Security Management (ISO 2700x) /b. /li liYou possess experience managing bDPIAs /b, brisk analyses /b, bRoPA /b, and bprocessing agreements /b. /li liYou have experience in drafting and managing binformation security /b and bprivacy /b aspects of service provider contracts. /li liYou are proactive, independent, and possess excellent communication skills for collaborating in multidisciplinary teams. /li liYou are fluent in bDutch /b, bFrench /b, and bEnglish /b at a C1 level. /li /ul h3Nice to Haves /h3 ul liExperience in the bBelgian energy market /b. /li liExperience working in bAgile /b project environments. /li /ul ul libStart date: /b 02/11/2026. /li libDuration: /b 24 months (with potential 12-month extension). /li libWork regime: /b 60%. /li libLocation: /b Brussels. /li libContract: /b open to both permanent employees and freelancers. /li /ul
