h3About the Role /h3pNISH Tech BV is looking for a senior bIT Sourcing Efficiency Lead /b to support strategic IT sourcing initiatives and enterprise-wide IT efficiency programs within a major European organization. /ppThe role combines strategic sourcing, IT financial analysis, vendor management and executive stakeholder engagement. You will drive complex RFP activities from preparation through evaluation and recommendation, while transforming IT efficiency opportunities into measurable and trackable savings. /ph3Key Responsibilities /h3ulliLead and coordinate strategic multi-tower IT RFP activities. /liliDefine sourcing strategy, scope, service models and commercial models. /liliBuild and consolidate RFP documentation. /liliDefine requirements, SLAs, KPIs, pricing templates and transition requirements. /liliCoordinate input from IT, Architecture, Security, Finance, Legal and Procurement. /liliEstablish evaluation criteria and supplier scoring models. /liliCoordinate supplier QA and clarification sessions. /liliPerform TCO and business-case comparisons. /liliPrepare recommendations and executive decision materials. /liliIdentify and manage sourcing, transition and financial risks. /liliStructure IT cost-efficiency opportunities. /liliEstablish IT cost baselines with Finance. /liliQuantify savings and define assumptions, owners and timelines. /liliTrack realised savings against targets. /liliReport progress, deviations and corrective actions to senior stakeholders. /liliTranslate sourcing and cost analysis into clear recommendations. /li /ulh3Required Skills /h3h3Mandatory Skills /h3ulli10+ years of experience in IT sourcing, IT strategy, IT cost optimization or IT vendor management. /liliProven experience with large multi-tower IT outsourcing or strategic partner RFPs. /liliExperience delivering IT cost-reduction or efficiency programs with measurable results. /liliStrong knowledge of IT service towers. /liliStrong financial and analytical skills. /liliExperience with cost baselining, TCO, business cases and savings tracking. /liliAdvanced Excel skills. /liliKnowledge of contract structures, SLAs, governance, transition and exit management. /liliStrong negotiation and stakeholder-management skills. /liliFluent English. /liliGood knowledge of bDutch or French /b. /li /ulh3Nice-to-Have Skills /h3ulliCIPS certification. /liliIAOP COP certification. /liliFinOps certification. /liliITIL certification. /liliLogistics, postal, transport or e-commerce experience. /liliGlobal capability centre/offshore delivery experience. /liliExperience in multi-entity organizations. /li /ulh3Experience /h3pb10+ years of relevant professional experience. /b /ph3Education /h3pMaster’s degree or equivalent experience. /ph3Languages /h3ullibEnglish: /b Fluent /lilibDutch OR French: /b Good knowledge /li /ulh3About NISH Tech BV /h3pNISH Tech BV connects experienced technology and business professionals with challenging opportunities across Europe.
