Description:Vous souhaitez intégrer une entreprise en plein essor dans les infrastructures électriques ? Notre client recrute un chef de projet bilingue fr/nl Quelles sont vos missions ? - Piloter et coordonner les projets de manutention dans les postes électriques haute et très haute tension. ? - Assurer l'interface entre équipes internes, sous-traitants et clients ; garantir la fluidité des communications. - Planifier, superviser et optimiser les opérations de manutention en tenant compte des contraintes techniques, de délais et de sécurité. ? - Gérer budget, planning et ressources humaines liées aux projets (suivi coûts / délais). - Veiller au respect strict des normes de sécurité et des réglementations en vigueur (procédures, EPI, consignes chantier). - Produire et maintenir le reporting régulier pour la direction et le client (avancement, risques, KPIs). - Participer aux réunions de chantier, analyser les risques et proposer des solutions techniques et organisationnelles. - Rédiger et archiver la documentation technique et administrative nécessaire (procédures, modes opératoires, PV).Profil Ce poste demande des compétences spécifiques, pensez vous correspondre ? - Diplômé• e en génie électrique, mécanique, gestion de projet ou expérience équivalente. - Minimum 3 ans d'expérience en gestion de projets techniques, idéalement en environnement haute tension ou infrastructures électriques. ? - Bilingue Français-Néerlandais (oral et écrit) - indispensable ; anglais professionnel apprécié. - Connaissance des équipements électriques, des méthodes de manutention lourde et des normes de sécurité. - Capacité à gérer plusieurs projets simultanément, anticiper les risques et proposer des plans d'action concrets. - Rigueur, sens de l'organisation, autonomie et leadership pour coordonner des équipes pluridisciplinaires. - Aptitude au travail sur site, mobilité et disponibilité pour déplacements ponctuels.Personne n'est comme vous, et cela vous rend Unique à 100 %.
