We are looking for personnel to join our team and support key client projects. /p h3Who we are supporting /h3 pThe NATO Communication and Information Agency (NCIA) is responsible for providing secure and effective communications and information technology (IT) services to NATO’s member countries and its partners. The agency was established in 2012 and is headquartered in Brussels, Belgium. /p pThe NCIA provides a wide range of services, including: /p ul liCyber Security: The NCIA provides advanced cybersecurity solutions to protect NATO’s communication networks and information systems against cyber threats. /li liCommand and Control Systems: The NCIA develops and maintains the systems used by NATO’s military commanders to plan and execute operations. /li liSatellite Communications: The NCIA provides satellite communications services to enable secure and reliable communications between NATO forces. /li liElectronic Warfare: The NCIA provides electronic warfare services to support NATO’s mission to detect, deny, and defeat threats to its communication networks. /li liInformation Management: The NCIA manages NATO’s information technology infrastructure, including its databases, applications, and servers. /li /ul pOverall, the NCIA plays a critical role in ensuring the security and effectiveness of NATO’s communication and information technology capabilities. /p h3The program /h3 h3Assistance and Advisory Service (AAS) /h3 pThe NATO Communications and Information Agency (NCI Agency) is NATO’s principal C3 capability deliverer and CIS service provider. It provides, maintains and defends the NATO enterprise-wide information technology infrastructure to enable Allies to consult together under Article IV, and, when required, stand together in the face of attack under Article V. /p pTo provide these critical services, in the modern evolving dynamic environment the NCI Agency needs to build and maintain high performance-engaged workforce. The NCI Agency workforce strategically consists of three major categorise’s: NATO International Civilians (NIC)’s, Military (Mil), and Interim Workforce Consultants (IWC)’s. The IWCs are a critical part of the overall NCI Agency workforce and make up approximately 15 percent of the total workforce. /p h3Role ID – /h3 h3RoleDuties and Responsibilities /h3 pExperience: /p ul liMinimum of 3-5 years of experience and strong knowledge of managingOpenScapeAlarm Response (OScAR) server, including Cisco Voice Technologies such as Cisco CUCM, Cisco CUBE, /li liCisco UCCX, Diagnose and resolve technical issues, supportsoftwareand basic associated network related problems. /li liProven experience (3+ years) and knowledge of managing call distribution lists, voice mailboxes, ISDN, TDM technologies, troubleshooting on Legacy TDM PABX integration to Cisco Voice Technologies. /li liProven experience (2+ years) and good knowledge of monitoring platforms such asnGeniusOne, CA Performance management, CA Spectrum /li liGood knowledge in managing VMWare vSphere and VMWare vCenter. /li liBasic knowledge in Java Script,Pythonor similar scripting languages. /li liKnowledge and experience either working with or being in the military IT capacity specialized on Telephony service products (Cisco, legacy PABX, etc..) delivering support of exercises or operations; Knowledge of use case scenarios of Telephony service products (Cisco, legacy PABX,OScAR, etc..) in exercise and operations as well as day to day operational requirements of military bodies /li liProficiencyin troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues. /li liKnowledge of Active Directory, Group Policy, and Windows Update management. /li liStrong communicationand interpersonal skills for user support and training. /li liFamiliarity with IT best practices (ITIL) and tools. /li liExperience with IT service management (ITSM) tools. /li liFamiliarity with IP networking fundamentals related toOScARservers. /li /ul h3Skills /h3 ul liStrong analytical and problem-solving skills. /li liExcellent communication and interpersonal skills. /li liAbility to work independently and as part of a team. /li liAbility to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines. /li liKnowledge of IT security best practices. /li /ul h3Language /h3 ul liLevel 3 English language skills according to NATO STANAG 6001: Listening (3); Speaking (2); Reading (3); and /li liWriting (2) or according to Common European Framework of Reference for Language level B2-C1/UpperIntermediate-Advanced level) /li /ul h3EssentialSkills,Experienceand Certifications /h3 ul liLeverage industryexpertiseand best practices in installation, configuration,monitoringand daily operation of commercial off
