We care about building systems that are scalable, reliable, and safe. /ppAs a Solution Architect, you are responsible for the efficient delivery and high-quality execution of projects for innovative tech start-ups, scale-ups and mid-sized organizations. You advise our clients on technical and architectural matters, coach the Studio Fledge development team, and remain actively involved in project delivery yourself. /ppYou are also part of Unikoo's Technology AI management team, where you contribute to the strategic direction and innovation of both Studio Fledge and Unikoo. /ppBecause of the wide variety of projects for different clients, you will work with a broad range of technologies and frameworks. key responsibilities
include: /pulliDesigning, building and safeguarding the full technical foundation of our solutions: robust (mobile and) web applications built on our core tech stack (Node.js, Python, React) with AWS as the foundation, with a strong focus on the serverless stack and AgentCore. /liliCollaborating on the definition and optimization of technical architectures that ensure scalability, security and reliability across the full application stack. You apply principles such as event-driven design, API-first development, microservices architecture and serverless infrastructure, always tailored to client needs and the chosen tech stack. /liliTaking the lead in the design and implementation of custom AI solutions for clients: agent architectures built with LangGraph and LangChain, within the broader GenAI and agentic AI ecosystem. You work expertly with AI assistants, understand their pitfalls, and deliver high-quality agentic engineering. /liliEnsuring the timely delivery of high-quality applications with a strong focus on security, performance and reliability. /liliAdvising clients on technology choices and helping them identify the best solutions for their specific needs. /liliWorking closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless solution delivery. /liliLeading and managing the Studio Fledge development team, with a focus on team development, coaching and follow-up. /liliContributing to the strategic direction of Studio Fledge and Unikoo as part of the Technology AI management team. /liliSupporting team growth by actively participating in team-building and knowledge-sharing initiatives. /li /ulh3bThe perfect match? /b /h3pConvinced you are the right fit for this role?
