This is a high-impact role focused on enabling end-to-end visibility, performance management, and decision-making across a complex, multi-country logistics network. You will lead the evolution of our data landscape towards a modern, cloud-based ecosystem, while ensuring the business can leverage trusted, scalable, and actionable data through self-service analytics, advanced insights, and AI-driven use cases. This role operates at the intersection of business, data, and technology, with end-to-end responsibility for enabling performance, visibility, and decision-making across the cross-border network. Your role You act as the owner of data strategy and performance insights for the cross-border business. You partner closely with senior stakeholders across operations, finance, commercial, and IT to translate business challenges into data-driven solutions with tangible impact. You combine strategic thinking with a pragmatic, delivery-focused mindset to build both data foundations and business value. /ph3Key responsibilities /h3ulliDefine and drive the data strategy for Cross-Border Transport, aligned with business priorities /liliEnable a control tower capability providing real-time operational visibility and decision support /liliDevelop and evolve KPIs, data models, and performance frameworks such as cost-to-serve, SLA tracking, and shipment visibility /liliDeliver actionable insights to support strategic and operational decision-making /liliLead the transformation towards a modern, AI-ready data platform such as Snowflake or Databricks /liliEnsure data quality, governance, and consistency across countries and systems /liliDrive self-service analytics through scalable semantic models and certified datasets such as Power BI /liliShape event-driven data capabilities and support near real-time use cases /liliPartner with IT and engineering teams on data architecture, tooling, and roadmap /liliInfluence and align senior stakeholders across business and technology /liliBuild and scale data capabilities, products, and ways of working across regions /li /ulh3Who are you? /h3h3Your profile /h3ulli10+ years of experience in data, analytics, or data platform leadership within a complex international environment /liliProven ability to define and execute data strategies with clear business impact /liliStrong experience with modern data platforms such as Snowflake and/or Databricks and cloud environments such as AWS or Azure /liliSolid understanding of data modelling, KPI design, and performance management frameworks /liliExperience with self-service analytics and tools such as Power BI /liliExposure to event-driven architectures and streaming data is a strong plus /liliGood understanding of data governance, quality, lineage, and security principles /liliExperience in logistics, transport, e-commerce, or similarly complex environments is a plus /liliStrong stakeholder management and communication skills /liliAbility to operate at senior leadership level in a multi-country environment /liliStrategic thinker with a hands-on, delivery-oriented mindset /liliComfortable navigating ambiguity and driving change across teams /li /ulh3What do
