Smulders in Arendonk, Belgium, seeks a Commercial Cost Estimator (Quantity Surveyor) to monitor the financial impact of changes in large offshore wind and steel construction projects. You’ll review tender and contract documents and provide cost analyses to keep projects within budget.
Collaborating with the project team, you’ll defend estimates with clients and help steer commercial outcomes through accurate, timely cost calculations and a strong commercial mindset.
