Take

full responsibility for the delivery of transformation projects

or major subprograms, ensuring measurable operational impact Design the delivery approach

, build and lead the project team, and act as the key operational partner for the client Own scope, timing, budget, and delivery outcomes

while ensuring sustainable team performance Translate complex client expectations

into clear structures, workstreams, and execution plans Orchestrate delivery across streams by monitoring progress, managing dependencies, and

ensuring strong stakeholder alignment Lead project governance, facilitate cross-functional workshops, and establish a clear operational rhythm that keeps projects moving forward Proactively identify and address delivery risks and

resolve challenges

across teams and stakeholders Lead and coach Lead Consultants and Consultants, reviewing deliverables and strengthening their leadership and coaching capabilities Maintain trusted working relationships

You hold a Master’s or PhD degree in

Science Engineering

Business Engineering

or related fields. Have

extensive experience in transformation

, change, or large-scale operational programs Own

complex delivery

with confidence across multiple workstreams and dependencies Coach and mentor consultants

while maintaining high delivery standards Engage effectively with senior client stakeholders and internal teams Are fluent in

Dutch or French

, with solid comprehension of the other language;
