For Local Energy Infrastructures and the Engie Vianeo Belgium team, based in Brussels, we are looking for a talented and motivated Program Manager to join our dynamic team. As a Program Manager (i.e., contract portfolio manager) reporting to the Performance Manager, you will play a key role in monitoring and optimizing the performance of our assets, as well as managing and improving our contracts. YOUR CHALLENGES as Program ManagerContracts to be managed will mostly (but not exhaustively) related to assets in Flanders.1. PERFORMANCE MONITORING & OPTIMIZATIONProfitability Monitoring & Analysis: Analysis of program and station P&L statements using the tools of the Administrative and Financial Department.
Performance KPIs: Monitoring key performance indicators (kWh/station/day, kWh/charger/day, OPEX maintenance/kWh, etc.).
Action Plans: Definition and implementation of performance improvement action plans for the assets within your scope.2. CONTRACT MONITORING & OPTIMIZATIONPartner Management: Main point of contact for land partners regarding overall contract follow-up during the operational phase. Reporting: Preparation of internal and external reporting for land partners.
Contract Management:Upstream involvement in negotiating contract terms and conditions in collaboration with legal, development, and deployment teams.
Detailed knowledge of contracts and their obligations.
Monitoring KPIs for contract management Identification and assessment of risks.
Monitoring contractual performance and commitments.
Contract optimization: identifying potential improvements in each contract, negotiating and implementing amendments to optimize asset performance Supporting the Development team in densification actions Leading responses to penalty claims and managing disputes with support from the Legal Department.
Management of Project Companies, where applicable.

YOUR PROFILE
as Program ManagerUniversity degree in Management / Finance or equivalent, with ideally at least 3 years of successful experience in asset monitoring and a solid understanding of business plans and contracts, including negotiation skills with operational partners. Experience in legal, commercial, and/or procurement fields is an asset.
Good knowledge of the EV charging market or the electricity market is a plus.
Excellent command of Dutch and French, and professional proficiency in English.
Strong interpersonal skills with external stakeholders and commercial partners, with proven negotiation abilities.
Ability to manage conflicts and potential resistance.
Strong adaptability to varied tasks and ability to handle multiple complex aspects of a case.
Strong analytical skills for operational and financial data.
Good understanding of legal and commercial aspects, with an interest in technical topics.
Autonomous, well-organized, rigorous, proactive, and solution-oriented.
Open-minded and enjoys working in a team.
