and hybrid remote work /li liA caring team who’s there every step of the way /li /ul h3You’ll fit right in if: /h3 ul liYou closely follow and experiment with new AI technologies, frameworks and/or LLM models /li liYou have experience building and maintaining AI/LLM-powered features /li liYou have experience with AI frameworks (LangChain, etc.) /li liYou are well versed in designing prompts and RAG (Retrieval Augmented Generation) systems /li liYou have an understanding of fine-tuning and evaluating language models /li liYou have experience in integrating AI capabilities into existing Python/Django applications /li liYou have a solid knowledge of Python and relevant Python frameworks such as Django /li liYou have a thorough understanding of REST principles /li liYou have experience integrating 3rd party code and API’s /li liYou have experience using Docker/Kubernetes/Ingres /li liYou have experience with Postgres or comparable relational databases /li liYou at least have a basic understanding of Linux in production server environments /li liYou have an understanding of basic DevOps principles /li liYou have experience in maintaining and deploying production environments /li liYou have experience with Continuous Integration and Deployments /li /ul h3You get bonus points if you: /h3 ul liHave experience using Google Cloud /li liAre experienced in scaling Python infrastructure /li liHave experience working in a SaaS environment /li /ul pDon’t worry if you don’t have all the skills mentioned above, you will learn. We’re looking for people with a “can-do” builder attitude, not just proven skills. /p h3What you’ll be doing: /h3 pTogether with the product engineering team it is your task to turn product requirements and UI designs into high-quality features.
