Program Manager – Financial ERP We are looking for an experienced Program Manager to lead a large-scale Financial ERP transformation program within a complex public-sector environment. You will oversee the end-to-end delivery of the ERP program, ensuring alignment between finance, IT, and executive stakeholders while managing governance, budget, risks, and change management activities.

Key Responsibilities
Lead the ERP program lifecycle: planning, budgeting, governance, delivery, and reporting Coordinate finance, IT, integrators, and software vendors across multiple workstreams Manage risks, dependencies, escalations, and stakeholder communication at executive level Ensure compliance with financial regulations, procurement standards, and accounting processes Drive change management and user adoption within finance departments Oversee ERP integration, modernization, and transformation initiatives in a large organization environment Profile Minimum 15 years of experience in ERP program management within financial environments Strong expertise with ERP platforms such as SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics Experience in public sector organizations and municipal accounting processes Solid knowledge of budgeting, revenue, expenditure, and financial governance processes Experience with large-scale digital transformation and mainframe environments is a plus Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills Location & Work Model
