The opportunity to grow within an international and dynamic supply chain environmentYour ChallengeAs a Supply Planner, you will play a central role in ensuring the right products are available at the right time. With a strong focus on demand planning and forecasting, you'll translate market demand into efficient supply plans while balancing inventory levels and service performance.
Demand Planning & ForecastingDevelop and maintain demand forecasts based on historical data, market trends, and business inputMonitor forecast accuracy and identify opportunities for improvementAnalyze sales and demand patterns to support proactive decision-makingAnticipate changes in customer demand and propose corrective actionsSupply & Inventory ManagementTranslate demand forecasts into supply plansEnsure optimal stock availability while minimizing excess inventoryMonitor inventory performance and mitigate supply risksSupport initiatives to improve planning processes and inventory optimizationStakeholder CollaborationWork closely with sales, customer service, operations, procurement, and logistics teamsCommunicate supply risks, planning challenges, and proposed solutionsContribute to planning reviews and cross-functional decision-making processesReporting & Continuous ImprovementMaintain accurate planning and forecasting data in ERP systemsCreate reports and dashboards to support business performanceDrive improvements through process optimization and data analysisYour Profile✅ Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field✅ A first experience within supply chain, planning, logistics, customer service, or operations is a strong plus✅ Strong analytical skills and a passion for working with data✅ Excellent planning and organizational abilities with strong attention to detail✅ Customer-oriented mindset and the ability to build effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders✅ Fluent in Dutch and/or French with a good knowledge of English✅ Experience working with ERP systems (SAP or similar) and strong Excel skills✅ Knowledge of Power BI or demand planning tools is an advantageInterested?
