In service of our clients, we make sure the digital landscape provides the value to achieve business objectives, and that the adequate IT Management Model and Transformative Initiatives are in place to deliver their technology strategy and reach operational targets.As a Senior Consultant in Technology Strategy & Transformation: You'll play a key role in helping our clients tackle complex technology-driven business challenges. You'll work hands-on with C-suite executives, technology leaders, and business stakeholders to shape and deliver practical solutions that align technology with strategic business goals. You'll combine strong business acumen with deep technology expertise, leading work across multiple transformation dimensions: designing technology strategies that optimize investments and competitive advantage, managing complex transformation programs, implementing governance frameworks, and building organizational capabilities for agile and responsive operations.Your role will involve driving the assessment of complex technology landscapes, identifying strategic optimization opportunities, and driving strategic initiatives by analyzing technology spending patterns and identifying value drivers. You'll reshape how organizations manage technology as a strategic asset, translating between business and technology languages to influence senior stakeholders and drive meaningful organizational change. For example, you might work on: Value Realization: delivering a value realization program for a large enterprise, identifying cost savings and revenue opportunities from their technology investments to unlock competitive advantage IT Strategy & Target Operating Model: designing and implementing a target operating model that transforms how a client's technology function operates to better support business objectives and strategic priorities Business Capability Mapping: delivering a business capability mapping initiatives to align technology roadmaps with strategic business priorities and optimize technology investments Project & Program Management: managing complex program governance across multiple technology transformation workstreams, ensuring alignment, managing risks, and delivering value You'll help lead teams in delivering these initiatives while mentoring junior consultants and contributing to the practice's growth. You'll apply proven transformation frameworks alongside emerging technologies and digital trends to support end-to-end transformation journeys. Plus, you'll benefit from Deloitte's global network, collaborating with experts across industries and geographies to bring the best insights and capabilities to our clients. Let’s Talk About YouYou have 4–5 years of experience in technology strategy, business transformation, technology operations, program/project management, or related advisory roles, ideally within consulting or corporate environments.You are comfortable working with senior business and technology leaders, translating complex technology and business challenges into clear strategic recommendations.You have a solid grasp of technology operating models, governance frameworks, organizational design principles, and how these drive business value.You understand agile and hybrid delivery models and can advise on scaling agile practices across organizations.You a
