Hi All, I'm currently recruiting for a Senior Cybersecurity Specialist position with a leading Belgian IT & cybersecurity services provider. This is a strategic, hands-on role where you'll act as a trusted advisor to clients, conducting security assessments, shaping security roadmaps, and influencing cybersecurity maturity across a wide variety of organisations. What makes this opportunity particularly interesting is the level of influence you'll have. Rather than being limited to a single environment, you'll work with organisations across different industries and sizes, helping to define security strategy, improve resilience, and drive meaningful security improvements. You'll work internally at these companies meaning you'll have more direct impact and influence than in a cnsulting role.

Requirements:
🔐 4+ years' experience in Cybersecurity 🛡️ Experience in Security Consultancy, Advisory, Architecture or Engineering 🛡️ Strong knowledge of Microsoft Security Stack, Entra ID & Identity Access Management 📚 Familiarity with NIS2, ISO 27001, CIS Controls and security governance frameworks 🎯 Experience conducting security assessments and maturity reviews 📊 Ability to translate technical risks into business impact and remediation plans 🏗️ Knowledge of Zero Trust architecture and vulnerability management 🏆 Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, SC-100, SC-200, AZ-500, OSCP or CEH are beneficial 🗣️ Dutch speaking required 🚗 Comfortable travelling to client sites across Flanders when required Offer: 🌍 Work with organisations across multiple industries and environments 🤝 Become a trusted cybersecurity advisor to both technical and executive stakeholders 📈 Opportunity to influence security strategy, governance and transformation initiatives 🎓 Continuous training and professional development aligned to your ambitions 🏡 Flexible remote working when not required on client sites 🚗 Company car and charging card included 🏥 Hospitalisation and group insurance 🍽️ Meal vouchers, eco vouchers and expense allowance 🌴 32 days annual leave 💰 4k
