pEnergy Utilities are evolving rapidly through digitalisation and the energy transition. /p pAt bFerranti /b, we help utilities move forward with our cloud platform bMECOMS 365 /b — and we’re looking for a bFunctional Consultant /b to bridge business and IT and turn complex processes into workable solutions. /p h3In a nutshell /h3 pAs Functional Consultant, you play a key role in guiding our customers through the implementation of the MECOMS solution. You translate business processes into clear functional requirements and support clients in optimizing their operations. Working closely with project managers, developers, and customer stakeholders, you ensure that the solution aligns with business needs and industry standards. You participate in workshops, document functional designs, configure the application, and support testing and go‑live activities. In this role, you act as a trusted advisor, helping clients adopt best practices and get the most value out of the MECOMS platform. /p h3Your responsibilities /h3 ul liCommunicate in-depth with the client to understand their business processes needs (leading workshops, meetings, …). /li liEvaluate the customer’s business processes against the defined solution, write functional design documents, and provide accurate estimates. /li liConfigure the defined solution to meet the customer’s needs. /li liGuide the client in optimizing business processes, following standard best practices. /li liCollaborate with developers and/or partners to ensure proper implementation of required modifications. /li liTake the lead in specific functional tracks such as billing, CRM, contract management, … in alignment with best practices. /li liCreate and execute functional test scenarios scripts, supporting the client during testing. /li liCoach train colleagues, partners, and clients to enhance their skill levels. /li liInitiate design improvements to our MECOMS product and execute them in 3-weekly sprints. /li /ul h3You have: /h3 ul liExperience in bERP /b implementations or strong knowledge of business processes (e.g., billing, CRM, financials). /li libEnergy utilities /b sector experience is a plus. /li liFamiliarity with bDynamics 365 /b and related Microsoft technologies is an advantage. /li liStrong communication, presentation, and meeting facilitation skills. /li libBusiness process /b analysis and bmodeling expertise /b. /li liExcellent time management and multitasking abilities. /li /ul h3You are: /h3 ul liA dynamic team player with a strong sense of responsibility and bownership /b. /li liFluent in English; knowledge of Dutch is a plus. /li liFlexible and willing to travel. /li liAble to influence, negotiate, and build consensus with clients colleagues. /li /ul h3We offer /h3 ul liA good bwork-life /b balance in a team culture built on trust. /li liThe possibility and bfreedom /b to work on international projects. /li liReal bcareer opportunities /b: Whether you want to become an expert or grow into a management role, bthe choice is yours /b /li liSupport from a personal coach and our knowledge center. /li liA very battractive salary package /b: company car, insurance, laptop, iPhone, internet connection, … with customization options (exchange part of your 13th-month salary for a lease bike, iPad, extra vacation days, …). /li /ul
