Key Responsibilities
â€
¢ Drive the P&L managerial process including budgeting, strategic and operational planning, forecasting, and monthly/quarterly/annual results â€
¢ Support the finance function on the monthly closing process, ensuring alignment between the income statement and balance sheet â€
¢ Provide robust analysis on business trends and explain variances from plan at country, business line, and product level â€
¢ Deliver performance insights and ad-hoc analysis to support sales and marketing functions, ensuring accurate forecasting â€
¢ Develop KPIs, identify business efficiency opportunities, and provide financial analysis for project evaluations Must-Haves â€
¢ Bachelor's degree in Finance or a related field â€
¢ Minimum 3 years of progressive finance or accounting experience â€
¢ Knowledge of IFRS/GAAP accounting standards and controlling principles â€
¢ Strong business acumen and ability to translate financial data into strategic insights â€
¢ Proficiency with ERP systems and Microsoft Office applications â€
¢ Excellent analytical, organizational, and interpersonal skills â€
¢ High level of French and English language skills. Nice-to-Haves â€
¢ Experience in process reengineering and automation â€
