We are looking for a Senior Generative AI Engineer to join a highly innovative research and development environment. You will play a key role in designing and deploying advanced AI solutions that solve complex business and technical challenges.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy advanced Generative AI applications for enterprise and industrial use cases.

• Lead technical delivery across the full AI development lifecycle, from concept through to production deployment.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, researchers, engineers, and domain experts to identify opportunities for AI innovation.
• Integrate multiple data sources, knowledge repositories, and business systems into AI-powered solutions.
• Evaluate emerging AI technologies and recommend practical applications that create business impact.
• Apply best practices across software engineering, scalability, reliability, and Responsible AI.
• Support project planning, risk management, and technical decision-making.
• Drive continuous improvement in development standards, tools, and processes.

Requirements

Experience & Qualifications

• Master's degree in Artificial Intelligence, Computer Science, Data Science, Software Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of experience building Generative AI or agent-based applications in a commercial or research environment.
• Demonstrated experience delivering innovative AI products that go beyond standard chatbot or document retrieval solutions.
• Strong experience working directly with business stakeholders and translating requirements into technical solutions.
• Experience within manufacturing, engineering, scientific research, automotive, process industries, or similar sectors would be advantageous.

Technical Skills

• Strong expertise in Large Language Models (LLMs), Generative AI, and modern AI frameworks.
• Experience designing and implementing AI agents, multi-agent systems, and tool-enabled AI applications.
• Deep understanding of Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), knowledge grounding, and trustworthy AI principles.
• Strong Python development skills and solid software engineering fundamentals.
• Experience integrating structured and unstructured data sources into AI platforms.
• Ability to assess emerging AI technologies and translate them into practical business solutions.
• Familiarity with cloud-based AI services and enterprise deployment environments is beneficial.
