You work closely with strategists, engineers, and the client, and you're comfortable leading design decisions while collaborating in a small, autonomous team. /ph3What you’ll do /h3pAs a Senior Product designer you connect product strategy to product execution. As a more experienced designer, you'll be expected to mentor junior colleagues and help elevate the team's capabilities. /liliIn our team we work by the 4 eye principle; you will work in pairs, often taking the lead role on projects while supporting and guiding others. /liliShare your expertise and help shape our design culture, processes, and standards. /li /ulh3Who you are /h3ulli5+ years of experience in Digital Product Design or UX/UI Design, with a proven track record of delivering impactful digital products. /liliStrong understanding and practical experience with research methods and discovery practices. You can design and lead research activities and translate findings into actionable design decisions. /liliYou express yourself, your ideas and your work fluently in Dutch and English (both spoken and written). /liliProficient to expert in working with common design tools (Figma, Sketch, etc.), prototyping tools (Principle, ProtoPie, Framer, etc.) and user testing tools (Useberry, Maze, UserTesting, etc.). /liliSolid experience working with scalable design systems and atomic design principles. You understand how to build and maintain design consistency across multiple products or platforms. /liliExcellent communication and presentation skills.
