Key responsibilities
With the help of the team, you'll be responsible for : 1. Brand strategy, content creation and community management
- Help building and deploying the communication strategy for Pulse Foundation and its programs.
- Manage the editorial calendar (LinkedIn, Instagram) and publish institutional content focused on vision, impact and community.
- Manage (recruitment) campaigns for our programs.
- Create engaging content (interviews, reports, .) or work with agencies to do so (short-form videos, podcasts, . ).
- Monitor and track the performance via monthly KPIs and adjust the strategy based on data-driven insights.
- Participate in the structuration and optimization of our CRM databases (tags, audiences) for targeted communication.
- Create and send mailings and newsletters, ensuring high open rates and conversion.
- Maintain and oversee our websites (3) to ensure information accuracy. 2. AI, automation & workflow optimization
- Design and deploy AI agents (Claude Projects and automations via Zapier/Make) to handle recurring tasks: email filtering, first drafts of reports, social media captioning, data cleaning.
- Identify "low-value" manual tasks within the communication department and implement tech solutions to eliminate them.
- Automation between CRM & Mailchimp. NB : Pulse Foundation attracts quality internship applications year-round. With interns you will act as a mentor, overseeing the onboarding process and managing them. Your ability to delegate recurring tasks to interns is key to maintaining a high-level focus on strategic marketing goals. Taalvaardigheden
