  • In deze veelzijdige functie ben jij de spil tussen klanten, interne afdelingen en externe partners. Dankzij jouw analytische vaardigheden en klantgerichte aanpak zorg je voor efficiënte oplossingen en een vlotte service. Je taken omvatten:
  • Beantwoorden van klantenvragen via telefoon en e-mail over energierekeningen, kostenanalyses en verbruik.
  • Ondersteunen van de boekhoudafdeling bij financiële dossiers.
  • Analyseren en beheren van klantendossiers en klachten.
  • Identificeren en oplossen van meterfouten en andere technische problemen.
  • Werken met een ticketingsysteem om processen te optimaliseren.
Profiel

Wie zoeken wij?

  • Je bent een gedreven professional met een scherp analytisch inzicht en een passie voor klantgericht werken. Daarnaast herken jij jezelf in het volgende profiel:
  • Minimaal 5 jaar ervaring in een gelijkaardige functie.
  • Nederlandstalig met een goede kennis van het Frans.
  • Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden en een probleemoplossende mindset.
  • Ervaring met telefonisch en schriftelijk klantencontact (max. 10 telefoons per dag).
  • Kennis van administratieve processen en ervaring met syndic-beheer is een pluspunt.
