- Master's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.
- You
- hold a recognized professional accounting qualification, such as CPA, ACCA, CFA, or an equivalent certification.
- Extensive experience in financial planning, consolidation, and financial analysis, preferably within an international environment.
- Strong expertise in financial modelling, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
- Experience managing and leading finance teams.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to convert financial data into strategic recommendations.
- Proficiency with financial reporting systems such as SAP and JDE.
- Experience working with OneStream is considered an advantage.
- Experience with business intelligence and data visualization tools, including Power BI and Tableau.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Fluent in English and French; knowledge of Dutch is considered an asset.
- Results-oriented mindset with a focus on accuracy, continuous improvement, and operational excellence.
