EY People Advisory Services (PAS) within our Tax & Legal service line specializes in everything related to people management. EY’s People Advisory Services help clients in designing and implementing an integrated people strategy. We provide advice on everything from planning development programs and remuneration packages, to efficiently managing global secondments and digitizing workflows.

We are looking for HR consultants with expertise in payroll to join our HROnsite team within the People Advisory Services department. Key Responsibilities

• You lead and execute various HR focused projects for a variety of clients within various sectors.
• You integrate the HR team of your client for a specified period to provide hands‑on support in key HR operations.
• You think strategically while delivering tactically, willing to roll‑up‑sleeves and get the job done.
• You quickly understand and apply information and best practices to contribute to the organization’s strategic plan and business needs.
• You will help your clients create a positive, productive, and engaging workplace.
• You will play a pivotal role in securing the continuity and efficiency of your clients’ HR operations.
• Depending on your expertise and interest, projects will include payroll and/or compensation & benefits.

Your Profile

• You have a master’s degree.
• 2–3 years of relevant payroll experience.
• You demonstrate strong business acumen and possess an entrepreneurial spirit.
• You are a strategic thinker with a passion for HR.
• You have excellent written and verbal communication in Dutch and French, and are fluent in English.
• You enjoy change and are eager to learn.
• You have a natural talent for building trusted customer relationships.
