pbEnglish Dutch required | French highly desirable /b /p /brpWe are looking for an experienced bCountry HR Business Partner /b to support a major global organisation across the BeNeLux region. /p /brpThis is a senior, highly visible role combining bstrategic HR business partnering with hands‑on operational delivery /b. You’ll play an important part in people transformation initiatives across Belgium, the Netherlands and Luxembourg while managing complex employee relations, Works Council engagement, employment‑law matters and organisational change. /p /brpThis would suit someone who is comfortable moving between bsenior stakeholder advisory and hands‑on execution /b and who has strong experience navigating the employment landscape across BeNeLux. /p /brh3What you’ll be doing /h3 /brul /brlibWorks Council and social partner engagement /b, including consultation and negotiation around organisational change and collective measures. /li /brliPartner closely with bEmployment Legal /b to ensure HR decisions, policies and transformation activities are legally robust and compliant. /li /brliSupport the implementation of borganisational change and people transformation programmes /b, ensuring accurate and timely execution. /li /brliIdentify and manage bcountry‑specific employment risks /b, developing appropriate mitigation strategies. /li /brliPersonally manage bcomplex and sensitive Employee Relations cases /b. /li /brliHelp ensure compliance with applicable blabour laws, statutory requirements and HR policies /b across Belgium, the Netherlands and Luxembourg. /li /brliWork collaboratively with Country HR, Functional HRBPs, Centres of Excellence and HR operations teams across a highly matrixed international environment. /li /br /ul /brh3What we’re looking for /h3 /brpYou’ll ideally bring b7+ years of progressive HRBP, Country HR or HR leadership experience /b within a global, complex or matrixed organisation. /p /brpStrong, practical experience working with bWorks Councils is essential /b, including direct involvement in consultation or negotiations relating to organisational change and collective measures. You should also have good knowledge of BeNeLux employment practices, complex ER matters and experience partnering closely with employment‑law specialists. /p /brpYou’ll need to be equally comfortable bthinking strategically and rolling up your sleeves to deliver operationally /b. /p /brpbEnglish + Dutch – full professional fluency required /b /p /brpbFrench – highly desirable /b /p /brul /brliIf you’re an experienced HR professional with strong bBeNeLux employment, Works Council and transformation experience /b, we’d be keen to hear from you. /li /br /ul /br
