For a long-term mission within a major Belgian organization, we are looking for a Service Manager Functional Analyst who enjoys combining operational excellence, stakeholder management and business process improvement. You will become the reference person for a portfolio of critical Finance and HR applications, ensuring service quality while actively contributing to their evolution and optimization. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys being at the crossroads of business, technology and service management. /ph3Your mission /h3pAs a trusted partner for both business and IT teams, you will: /pulliService management:ulliEnsure the stability, continuity and quality of business-critical applications. /liliCoordinate incident and problem management activities from identification through resolution. /liliMonitor service performance and continuously improve user satisfaction. /liliManage user access, security requirements and compliance processes. /liliAct as a central point of contact for business stakeholders and vendors. /li /ul /liliFunctional analysis process improvement:ulliAnalyze business needs and translate them into functional requirements. /liliMAP, model and optimize business processes using BPMN. /liliIdentify opportunities to improve efficiency, automation and user experience. /liliSupport application enhancements, upgrades and transformation initiatives. /liliContribute to decision-making by providing functional expertise and recommendations. /li /ul /liliStakeholder vendor management:ulliWork closely with Finance, HR, IT and external suppliers. /liliCoordinate multiple stakeholders and ensure effective communication. /liliFollow up on contracts, licenses, budgets and deliverables. /liliMaintain governance, documentation and knowledge management practices. /li /ul /li /ulh3What we're looking for /h3ulliMust-have:ulli5+ years of experience in IT Service Management, Application Management or Functional Analysis. /liliStrong knowledge of Incident Problem Management. /liliExperience with BPMN and business process analysis. /liliFamiliarity with ITIL principles and service-oriented environments /liliFluency in French, Dutch and English. /liliGood understanding of business applications and stakeholder management. /li /ul /liliNice-to-have:ulliExperience with Finance, Accounting or ERP applications. /liliExperience with HR or Payroll systems. /liliKnowledge of accounting processes. /liliExperience in large or complex organizations. /liliPrevious exposure to public sector environments. /li /ul /li /ul
