Depending on your background, you will support business and operational activities related either to blending and debt products /b or to bprivate equity, venture capital, and alternative investments /b. /p pIn both directions, you will work closely with business users and stakeholders on business processes, operational activities, transformation initiatives, and the implementation and adoption of new solutions. /p pbTHE WORK: /b /p ul liAnalyse business and operational processes and translate business needs into clear requirements. /li liWork closely with business users, external stakeholders, and technical teams throughout transformation and digitalisation initiatives. /li liSupport the operational implementation of new financial products and related processes and controls. /li liParticipate in bUser Acceptance Testing (UAT) /b, including preparation and execution of test scenarios and validation against business requirements. /li liSupport user onboarding, rollout, and adoption activities. /li liContribute to portfolio monitoring, reporting, and operational processes. /li liInvestigate data quality issues, reporting inconsistencies, and operational exceptions. /li liContribute to business process improvement and change management activities. /li /ul pTwo areas of expertise: /p pbDebt: /b Experience within lending institutions such as banks, debt funds, microfinance institutions, or similar financial intermediaries. Exposure to bguarantee products, lending portfolios, portfolio monitoring, operational or regulatory reporting /b, and related processes is particularly relevant. /p pbEquity: /b Experience within bprivate equity, venture capital, alternative investment funds, fund-of-funds, or similar investment structures /b. Exposure to equity portfolio monitoring, investor reporting, and the operational implementation of funds or investment products is particularly relevant. /p pbOnsite at client site: /b This role requires an onsite presence with our clients and partners to support project delivery and strengthen collaboration. /p pOur roles require in-person time to encourage collaboration, learning, and relationship-building with clients, colleagues, and communities. As an employer, we will be as flexible as possible to support your specific work/life needs. /p pbHERE’S WHAT YOU’LL NEED: /b /p ul liUniversity degree in bBusiness Administration, Finance, Economics, Information Systems, Law /b, or a related field. /li liProfessional experience in the bfinancial sector /b, with a background relevant to either bDebt or Equity /b. /li liExperience in business support, business analysis, operational monitoring, business process management, change management, or related functions. /li liExperience working with business stakeholders, end-users, and external stakeholders. /li liExperience with bUAT /b, including test scenarios and validation of delivered functionalities. /li liGood understanding of financial products, portfolio management, reporting, and related operational processes. /li liStrong communication and facilitation skills. /li liExcellent written and spoken bEnglish /b. /li /ul pbBONUS POINTS IF YOU HAVE: /b /p ul liExperience with the operational implementation of new financial products. /li liExperience with bchange, digitalisation, or process modernization initiatives /b. /li liKnowledge of bAgile delivery frameworks /b. /li liExperience in operational portfolio management, middle-office activities, or reporting processes. /li liExperience working in international and multicultural environments. /li liKnowledge of another bEuropean language /b; Italian is particularly valuable for some Debt-related activities. /li /ul pAs part of our security and compliance procedures, candidates will be required to undergo a criminal background check prior to employment. /p
