We are looking for a senior sales leader to manage and develop our West Region within an international industrial environment.

This role is particularly suited to someone who combines a strong commercial background with proven team management experience, excellent people skills and a relationship-driven approach to sales.

As Regional Sales Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Leading, coaching and developing an experienced sales team.
  • Building strong, long-term relationships with key customers.
  • Protecting and strengthening our existing market position.
  • Managing strategic accounts and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Identifying opportunities for sustainable growth within the region.
  • Setting commercial priorities and driving performance.
  • Supporting and leading the team through change when needed.
  • Working closely with internal stakeholders across different locations.
  • For the West Region, we are particularly looking for a "farmer" profile: someone who knows how to build trust, nurture long-term customer relationships and defend market share.

What we're looking for:

  • 10+ years of experience in sales management and team leadership(B2B industrial sales).
  • Proven ability to manage and coach experienced sales professionals.
  • Strong interpersonal and leadership skills. You are comfortable managing demanding stakeholders and know how to create trust, alignment and accountability within a team.
  • Ideally, experience in the aggregates or cement industry. Experience in mining, metals, industrial machinery, manufacturing or building materials would also be relevant.
  • Fluent in French and English; German is a strong plus.
  • Strong commercial judgement and a relationship-oriented approach.
  • Experience managing strategic customers and achieving commercial targets.
  • Willingness to travel up to 75% of the time.

Location & travel:

The role involves approximately 75% travel across the West European region, with the remaining 25% split between the headquarters in Vaux-sous-Chèvremont (Chaudfontaine) and our Aubrives office.

This is therefore not a fully remote position. xlxgzvr Regular presence in our offices is an important part of the role, particularly to lead and support the team effectively.
