Are you passionate about financial analysis and looking to make a real impact within an international group? Our client, a well-established player in the food industry across Europe, is opening the doors of its Financial Planning & Analysis team to steer financial reporting and planning at a European level.
What you'll do
Analyze monthly financial reports: P&L, balance sheets, business unit profitability, SG&A costs, and financial KPIsSupport reporting for management and business stakeholdersContribute to the annual budget and quarterly forecast processesSupport monthly forecast cycles for Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP)Prepare weekly cash-flow forecasts for food operationsCollaborate closely with accounting and operational teams to ensure reliable reportingDeliver sharp ad hoc analyses on business requestDrive continuous improvement of financial processes and reportingWhat you bring:A Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or a related fieldAt least 5 years of experience in finance, accounting or controllingStrong analytical skills and attention to detailSolid Excel skills (formulas, pivot tables, charts)Experience with Power BI, other reporting tools or SAP is a plusAbility to turn financial data into clear, actionable insightsA structured approach and the ability to meet deadlinesStrong communication skills and ease working with various stakeholdersWhy join our client:Real impact : your analyses directly shape financial decisions across EuropeInternational scope : daily collaboration with teams and departments across the continentA strategic role : you help shape decisions, not just report on themReal autonomy : freedom to improve processes and drive changeLong-term growth : genuine opportunities for professional developmentFull & Attractive salary package
