shape the direction of Talent Development , building on what works while challenging us to think differently where needed. You will create a clear approach across learning journeys, bootcamps, leadership programs and development initiatives for different career levels, ensuring that our portfolio remains practical and connected to the realities of our people and customers.

Together with your team, you will

improve existing programs and design new initiatives

where they add real value. You will work with internal experts and external partners, define clear outcomes, use feedback thoughtfully and look beyond participation figures to understand whether an initiative truly makes a difference.

AI, changing skill requirements and more flexible ways of learning are creating exciting opportunities. You are curious and able to decide what is useful for delaware, turning relevant developments into practical approaches that help our people keep growing.

Above all, you

will strengthen ownership of development, encouraging colleagues and leaders to take an active role in building capabilities .
