It's about finding people who tangibly shift what we ship, how we ship it, and how the people around them work. /ppbRequirements /b /ph3What we're looking for /h3ulli5+ years of engineering experience with a track record of measurable impact on products and teams /liliStrong command of at least React, React Native, native Apple (Swift), or native Android (Kotlin) /liliActive, daily use of AI tooling in your engineering workflow, with a clear point of view on where it's heading /liliAgency or consulting experience, you understand client delivery, shifting priorities, and juggling multiple projects simultaneously /liliStrong communication skills and the ability to give and receive candid feedback /liliComfortable working hybrid in Antwerp, 2-3 days per week on-site, non-negotiable /liliEU work authorization, we do not offer visa sponsorship or relocation support /li /ulh3Our technical environment /h3pWe work across React, React Native, and native Apple (Swift) and Android (Kotlin).
