The legal department is currently evolving, providing opportunities to contribute to its structure and expand beyond traditional real estate legal work. /p ul liDraft and negotiate real estate contracts (leases, sales, partnerships, construction, etc.) /li liSupport acquisitions and disposals of real estate assets /li liStructure transactions and manage due diligence processes /li liCoordinate and manage external legal counsel /li /ul h3Project Business Support /h3 ul liAdvise project developers and country directors on legal aspects /li liSupport development projects from structuring to execution /li liParticipate in bidding processes and project set-ups /li /ul h3Corporate Additional Exposure /h3 ul liHandle corporate structuring and housekeeping /li liDraft shareholders' agreements and manage SPVs /li liContribute to compliance and internal legal organization if interested /li /ul h3Litigation /h3 ul liManage disputes and liaise with external counsel /li /ul h3Profiel /h3 ul liMaster's degree in Law (Belgian university) /li liMinimum 5-8 years of experience in real estate law (law firm, developer or similar) /li liStrong experience in real estate transactions, contracting /li /ul h3Languages /h3 ul liFluent French (deal language) /li /ul h3Personal Skills /h3 ul liAutonomous and proactive /li liStrong team player with collaborative mindset /li liPragmatic, business-oriented and detail-focused /li liAble to interact with senior stakeholders /li liHigh ethical standards and professional integrity /li /ul h3Aanbod /h3 ul liStrategic legal role in an international real estate company /li liDirect exposure to high-level stakeholders (including CEO) /li liSupportive and accessible leadership, with strong autonomy /li liOpportunity to shape and contribute to the legal department evolution /li /ul h3Package /h3 ul liCompany car /li li20 days holidays + 6 RTT + seniority days /li /ul /p
