h3Role overview /h3pWe are looking for an experienced Adoption Change Management Consultant to drive the adoption of Microsoft 365 Copilot and AI-powered Agents. You will deliver engaging training, support AI change initiatives, empower internal champions, and help embed new ways of working to achieve sustained adoption and business value. /ph3Key responsibilities /h3ulliDevelop and deliver adoption materials, training sessions and office hours for Microsoft 365 Copilot and related tools. /liliSupport Agent Champions and Agent Lab communities to drive sustained AI adoption. /liliDevelop persona-based scenarios and support solution rollout. /liliExecute communication, engagement and change management plans. /liliMonitor adoption metrics, gather user feedback and recommend improvements. /liliCoach customer-side change agents and champions. /liliContribute to backlog refinement, sprint planning and solution demonstrations. /li /ulh3Essential skills and experience /h3ullibAdoption Change Management: /b Proven experience delivering change and adoption programmes within customer organisations. /lilibMicrosoft 365 Copilot: /b Practical knowledge of Copilot, Microsoft 365 tools and AI adoption. /lilibAI Culture Change: /b Ability to encourage AI adoption and embed new ways of working. /lilibTraining Engagement: /b Experience facilitating workshops, training sessions and office hours. /lilibStakeholder Management: /b Ability to coach champions, engage stakeholders and build adoption communities. /lilibAdoption Measurement: /b Experience tracking adoption metrics, gathering feedback and identifying improvements. /lilibDigital Transformation: /b Understanding of transformation roadmaps, target operating models and associated risks. /li /ulh3Preferred skills and experience /h3ullibPROSCI certification /b or equivalent recognised change management qualification. /liliExperience with bMicrosoft Copilot Studio /b and AI Agent development or adoption. /liliExperience establishing and managing champion networks or communities of practice. /liliKnowledge of agile delivery, including backlog refinement and sprint planning. /liliExperience delivering solution demonstrations and persona-based use cases. /li /ul
