In this role, you will act as a trusted advisor to our customers, helping them navigate complex technology decisions while designing secure, scalable, and future-proof solutions. Working closely with customers, delivery teams, project managers, and fellow architects, you will translate business challenges into practical cloud, infrastructure, storage, and data protection solutions. You will play a key role in shaping solution architectures, guiding delivery teams, and ensuring successful outcomes in complex enterprise environments. By combining technical expertise with strong consulting and communication skills, you will help customers make informed technology decisions and successfully execute their modernization and transformation initiatives. You are comfortable engaging with stakeholders at all levels, from technical specialists to executive leadership, and excel at uncovering customer needs, challenging assumptions, and converting business requirements into effective technology solutions. /ph3What You'll Do /h3ulliLead customer workshops and discovery sessions to understand business challenges, requirements, and strategic objectives. /liliTranslate customer needs into practical and scalable cloud, infrastructure, storage, and data protection solutions. /liliDesign end-to-end architectures that align with business, security, operational, and financial requirements. /liliAct as the technical lead for complex projects and transformation initiatives. /liliDevelop technology roadmaps and long-term IT strategies for enterprise customers. /liliProvide architectural governance throughout the solution lifecycle. /liliCollaborate with delivery teams to ensure successful implementation of designed solutions. /liliSupport account and sales teams by providing technical expertise during customer engagements. /liliBuild strong relationships with stakeholders ranging from technical teams to executive leadership. /liliIdentify risks, dependencies, and opportunities within complex IT environments. /liliAdvise customers on modernization, cloud adoption, security, resiliency, backup, and disaster recovery strategies. /li /ulh3What We're Looking For /h3h3Required Experience /h3ulli10+ years of experience in IT Architecture, Enterprise Infrastructure, Cloud Architecture, or Solution Architecture. /liliProven experience designing and delivering solutions in complex enterprise environments. /liliStrong experience with cloud platforms, hybrid cloud architectures, and infrastructure modernization. /liliExperience with enterprise storage, file services, backup, and recovery solutions. /liliExperience working with medium-sized to large organizations. /liliExperience gathering requirements, leading workshops, and translating business needs into technical solutions. /liliExperience working within large multidisciplinary teams. /li /ulh3Technical Expertise /h3ulliExperience in one or more of the following areas: Microsoft Azure, AWS, Hybrid Cloud Solutions, Enterprise Infrastructure, Backup Recovery Solutions, Cohesity (strongly preferred), Storage File Services, Data Protection, Business Continuity Disaster Recovery, Security Compliance, Infrastructure Transformation Migration. /li /ulh3Success in This Role /h3ulliAsk the right questions to uncover the real customer challenge. /liliChallenge assumptions and guide stakeholders toward the best solution. /liliExplain complex technical concepts in business language. /liliInfluence decisions at both technical and executive levels. /liliBuild credibility as a trusted advisor. /liliBalance strategic thinking with practical execution. /liliBe comfortable navigating environments where stakeholders have differing opinions and competing priorities while maintaining focus on achieving the best outcome for the customer. /li /ulh3Preferred Qualifications /h3ulliBachelor's degree in Compute
