Wie Het team Process & IT ondersteunt de regio Gent & EU op het gebied van data-analyse. Samen met Business Analysts en Data Analysts maakt dit team deel uit van het Operational Support-team in Gent. Hier wordt aan uiteenlopende projecten gewerkt, van procesoptimalisatie tot het ondersteunen van operationele rapportages. Dit met een hands-on mentaliteit en een duidelijke focus op kwaliteit.
