Are you the Mortgage Specialist who helps customers finance their dream home? In this dynamic role in Antwerp, you’ll analyze customers’ financial situations, offer expert advice, and guide them through the application process. With strong communication and sales skills, you always know how to provide the right solutions. You’ll join a supportive team where your input is valued. Responsibilities

You analyze customers’ financial situations to advise them on suitable home loans.
You guide customers step by step through the loan application process.
You prepare clear and concise quotes so that customers know exactly where they stand.
You answer customers’ questions regarding their mortgage and provide support in case of any issues.
You closely monitor developments in the mortgage market to ensure your knowledge is always up-to-date.
You ensure that all administrative processes related to files are handled correctly and in a timely manner.
You collaborate with other teams, such as risk management, to ensure optimal service delivery.
You contribute to the development of the product offering and the improvement of processes within the organization.

Qualifications

You have at least a bachelor’s degree and relevant experience as a mortgage specialist.
You are interested in the banking world, and tax matters do not intimidate you.
You are a strong communicator and possess excellent sales skills.
You enjoy challenges, like to push your limits, and are results-oriented.
You are sociable and enjoy working in a team.
You are creative and flexible.
You have an excellent command of Dutch.
