Key Account Manager - Wallonia (Southern Belgium) — Hybrid, Full-time Position

About the Role
The purpose of the Key Account Manager Wallonia (Belgium) position is to maximise market share and revenue within the assigned product/market by effectively managing DMUs in hospitals. Optimal relationship management, clear promotion of the product portfolio, and understanding of market developments are key elements. Realisation of the revenue budget is the main responsibility. The Key Account Manager reports directly to the Country Manager.
Responsibilities
- Relationship management: independently mapping, expanding and maintaining contacts with all relevant stakeholders;
- Provide advice and service to customers: give information and presentations to customers or undertake other activities to show the added value of the product;
- Deduct and translate scientific data into easy-to-understand core messages;
- Carry out and proactively propose (marketing) activities that promote sales and the organisation as a whole;
- Understanding, monitoring and reporting of relevant market developments to grow or protect the business;
- Represent the organisation at (inter)national congresses and symposia;
- Realisation of turnover budgets.
Qualifications
- Higher education degree (minimum Bachelor’s level) - Essential
- Degree in life sciences - Desirable
Required Skills
- Relevant experience in one or more of the following areas: CNS/Pain, oncology, haematology, cardiology, gastroenterology, endocrinology, auto-immune disease - Essential
- Convincing communication in your mother language (French or Dutch) and basic knowledge of the second country language (Dutch or French) - Essential
- Good knowledge of English - Essential
