Systems Team Leader

h3Mission Overview: /h3 pAs a Systems Team Leader, you will be responsible for the daily operation of system infrastructures and guiding their evolution. This role involves operational management of the infrastructure team, budget monitoring for the service, asset and license management, as well as coordinating technical projects related to the organization's infrastructures. This position is a consultancy mission at a client site representing Keystone Solutions. /p h3Key

Responsibilities:
/h3 ul liAdminister and maintain Microsoft Windows Server environments. /li liAdminister Active Directory services, ADFS, DNS, DHCP, GPO, and PKI. /li liAdminister Microsoft 365 services (Entra ID, Intune, Exchange Online, Teams, and OneDrive). /li liAdminister Microsoft SQL Server databases. /li liManage security certificates and their lifecycle. /li liAdminister VMware virtualization infrastructures (ESXi, vCenter, Site Recovery Manager, and vSphere Replication). /li liAdminister and optimize Dell EMC Unity storage infrastructures. /li liAdminister and maintain the Commvault backup platform. /li liAdminister and maintain APC equipment (UPS, PDU, management cards, alerting, and monitoring). /li liDeploy, administer, and maintain the Lansweeper IT inventory solution. /li liDeploy, administer, and maintain the WhatsUp Gold monitoring solution. /li liDeploy, administer, and maintain the With Secure antivirus solution. /li liKeep the ArnoHR and NetLink applications up to date. /li liAdminister and support the GoBright meeting room booking system. /li liEnsure administration, configuration, and operational maintenance of multimedia and videoconferencing equipment in meeting rooms. /li liManage software licenses and ensure compliance. /li liManage inventory and lifecycle of system equipment. /li liEnsure availability, performance, and security of system infrastructures. /li liDraft and update technical documentation. /li liEngage in technological watch activities. /li liAbility to lead infrastructure projects (servers, virtualization, storage, backup, and cloud services). /li /ul h3Additional Skills Desired: /h3 ul liExperience in vendor and maintenance contract management. /li liExperience in software license and support contract management. /li liExperience in developing and monitoring an operating budget. /li liKnowledge in data center management and operation. /li liExperience in implementing and testing business continuity plans (DRP). /li /ul h3Expected Qualities: /h3 ul liLeadership and ability to coordinate a team. /li liExcellent analytical and problem-solving skills. /li liOrganizational skills and effective priority management. /li liAutonomy and initiative. /li liGood communication and coordination skills. /li liRigorous, proactive, and solution-oriented. /li liAbility to make decisions and manage critical situations. /li /ul pIf you are ready to tackle technical and strategic challenges in a dynamic consultancy environment, apply today at Keystone Solutions Career Portal. /p h3Duration: /h3 p01/11/2026
