- (Senior) Manager /h3h3bRole Overview /b /h3pAs a (Senior) Manager for our Enterprise Transformation team, you will be expected to: /pulliLead client engagements and guide cross-functional teams through complex digital transformation initiatives, serving as a trusted advisor from initial strategy design to the full-scale implementation of transformation plans. /liliDevelop and communicate a compelling case-for-change across people, processes, technology, organization and data, including a robust business case that aligns with client goals for enterprise transformation. /liliDrive digital innovation by leveraging technologies such as SAP S/4HANA to modernize and streamline financial processes, enhancing operational efficiency and data transparency. /liliEnhance end-to-end (E2E) finance processes (e.g., Procure-to-Pay, Record-to-Report, Order-to-Cash), leveraging best practices in process modeling, optimization, automation, AI and mining to drive process efficiency and accuracy. /liliContribute to the growth of Capgemini Invent, you’ll be expected to support business development activities, create engaging content, share your knowledge and steer others. /li /ulh3bRequired Skills / Experience /b /h3pbExperience Requirements /b /pulliMin. 5 years of experiencebin Operational Excelle /bnce within finance, including: /liliModeling and optimizing finance processes /liliDesigning and implementing finance operating models /liliDemonstrated track record of leadibng Finance Transformati /bons that positively impact processes and results /liliPractical experiencebin Change Management and Adopt /bion, with an affinity for guiding organizations through change /li /ulpbTechnical Knowledge Requirements /b /pulliProficiencybin Enterprise Resource Planning ( /bERP), ideally with experience in core SAP S/4HANA modules (FI, CO, MM, Signavio etc.) /liliKnowledgebof Finance and Controlling (F /bICO) processes, with strong analytical skills for assessing and optimizing finance-related workflows /li /ulpbEducational Background /b /pulliA Master’s Degree in Business Engineering, Applied Economics, Finance, or a related field /liliA MBA or an additional master’s degree is a plus. /li /ulpbPreferred Skills /Profiles/experiences /b /pulliYou have experience in managing and coaching others /liliYou have a thorough understanding of Finance processes /liliYou have a good understanding of SAP ERP solutions and projects /liliYou actively demonstrate analyzing problems and proposing solutions /liliYou are an engaging storyteller with excellent written oral communication skills and ability to facilitate workshops /liliYou demonstrate strong skills in process optimization and project management, ensuring efficient workflows, timely delivery, and continuous improvement across various projects /liliYou are a proactive, team player with an entrepreneurial mindset and the drive to deliver high quality results /liliYou have an appetite for Sales and Business Development /liliYou are fluent in English and with, at least, a good knowledge of French and/or Dutch /li /ulh3bWhat
