JOB DESCRIPTION
Within the Operational team, you are mostly in charge of delivering and placing the material on the event site. You are the face of sharingbox as you are in direct contact with the client. Your main responsibilities are : Delivery, installation and uninstallation on site of various film/photography equipments; Collaboration with logistic, operational and stock teams; Maintenance of photo, hardware and software terminals; The job entails a high level of customer service as you are often asked to engage with the users; Adeptness for a constantly changing schedule, work environment, and job responsibilities a must; Upon request having the role of a technical support / host(ess) during an event. THE IDEAL CANDIDATE You are / have the following abilities and
skills:
Computer, technology, photography skills / curiosity; At ease with manual work (painting, gluing, cutting, etc.); Excellent communication and presentation: Excellent listening skills and ability to execute other’s vision; Rigorous and highly organized with great attention to detail and procedures; Work and team spirit; A strong work ethic; Autonomous and quick to react; Flexibel; Planification and anticipation skills. You speak at least two of the following languages: French, Dutch and English. For this position, you have to have a driving license (category B).
