Jouw verantwoordelijkheden:
?? Strategie & commerciële prestaties
- Analyseren en kwalificeren van inkomende leads om onze commerciële slagkracht te vergroten
- Beheer en optimalisatie van ons HubSpot CRM voor prestatiemonitoring en effectieve marketinginteracties
?? Communicatie & branding
- Opstellen van krachtige persberichten en uitbouwen van een sterk netwerk van mediacontacten
- Vertegenwoordiging van het bedrijf op evenementen, conferenties en talks
?? Projectmanagement & coördinatie
- Beheer van ons e-commerce platform (goodies, eindejaarsgeschenken, welkomstpakketten, enz.)
- Organisatie en coördinatie van zakelijke evenementen en sponsoractiviteiten
- Vertegenwoordiging van het bedrijf binnen zakelijke netwerken en lokale clubs
Met deze rol krijg je de kans om een sleutelpositie in te nemen binnen onze marketingafdeling en een directe bijdrage te leveren aan de groei en zichtbaarheid van het bedrijf. Klaar om impact te maken? ??
ProfielVoor deze functie zoeken we een gemotiveerde en resultaatgerichte kandidaat met:
- Minimaal 5 jaar ervaring in marketing/communicatieprojectbeheer binnen een KMO, start-up of vergelijkbare structuur.
- Een uitstekende beheersing van het Nederlands en Frans om efficiënt te communiceren met onze medewerkers en partners.
- Een strategische mindset en bewezen resultaten in sales.
- Beheersing van KPI's en optimalisatie van prestaties.
- Beheersing van digitale tools en het vermogen om te innoveren op dit gebied.
- Teamgeest en het vermogen om effectief samen te werken met verschillende gesprekspartners
- Bereidheid om je 2 dagen per week naar onze vestiging in Suarlée te verplaatsen. Ook wordt er af en toe aanweizgheid op andere vestigingen verwacht.
In ruil voor jouw inzet ontvang je een aantrekkelijk salaris, aangevuld met bijkomende voordelen:
- Een vast contract van onbepaalde duur met een competitief salarispakket
- Aanvullende voordelen zoals een bedrijfswagen met tankkaart, een netto-onkostenvergoeding van €150 per maand, een laptop en GSM (-abonnement), maaltijdcheques, een hospitalisatieverzekering en een jaarlijkse bonus.
- Een 39u-week met werkuren tussen 8u30 en 17u, met mogelijks telewerk
- 20 wettelijke vakantiedagen + 6 ADV-dagen
