Your Rol:As a project coordinator you ensure that vehicles and mobility solutions meet all requiredregulations before entering the market. You operate in the homologation team; the heart ofengineering, compliance, and coordination.
Your responsibilities include:Collecting, verifying, and managing technical documentation for approval.
Following up on homologation planning and testing activities with internal stakeholders.
Supporting vehicle testing with official authorities and ensuring correct execution.
Managing certification processes, including Certificates of Conformity (CoC).
Monitoring and interpreting EU and international regulations (UNECE, emissions, safety).
Acting as a key point of contact for internal teams and European stakeholders.
Handling administrative follow-up (documentation, SharePoint, reporting, guidelines).
Improving processes around compliance tracking and data management.
Who are you?You are structured, analytical, and able to create clarity in a complex and fast-moving environment.
You have a Bachelor or Master in a technical field (Automotive, Mechanical, IndustrialEngineering or similar).
- You are experienced in homologation, automotive compliance, testing, vehicledevelopment, or technical documentation.
You have a strong analytical mindset with advanced MS Office and SharePoint skills.
You can organize and prioritize in an ad hoc, high-pressure environment.
You take ownership and work autonomously towards deadlines, with accuracy andattention to detail.
- You have excellent communication skills in English, with good command of Dutch orFrench.
- You have perseverance and resilience in a demanding international context.
