The role requires a thorough understanding of collections and disbursement processing, solid general financial accounting knowledge and strong SAP FS-CD configuration skills. You will help deliver tailored insurance solutions and support regulatory compliance. /ph3Functional consulting and configuration /h3ulliAnalyse insurance business requirements related to collections, payments, receivables, disbursements and account management. /liliLead workshops with business stakeholders and process owners. /liliTranslate business requirements into functional specifications and SAP solution designs. /liliAssess gaps between standard SAP FS-CD functionality and business requirements. /liliRecommend standard SAP functionality where appropriate and limit unnecessary custom development. /liliConfigure and maintain SAP FS-CD functionality across all functional areas. /liliConfigure and set up the SAP FI-CO integration. /liliDocument business processes, functional requirements, configuration decisions and solution designs. /liliDefine functional requirements for interfaces between FS-CD and other SAP or non-SAP solutions. /liliSpecify posting and accounting requirements. /liliWork with technical teams on interfaces, enhancements, APIs, jobs and data flows. /liliAnalyse integration errors and determine whether the root cause is business data, configuration, interface logic or custom development. /liliSupport end-to-end reconciliation between source applications, FS-CD and financial accounting. /liliDesign and document detailed functional specifications for reports, interfaces, conversions, enhancements and forms (RICEF). /liliConduct unit testing, integration testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT). /liliProvide comprehensive training and documentation. /li /ulh3Required qualifications and experience /h3ulliExpert knowledge of the FS-CD functional architecture, including configuration of the subledger Process Model and the definition of G/L integration with SAP FI-CO. /liliAt least 4 years of dedicated, hands-on experience implementing and supporting SAP FS-CD. /liliStrong expertise in integrating SAP Core Insurance systems such as FS-PM, FS-CM and FS-ICM. /liliStrong understanding of collection and payment processes in at least one major insurance line such as PC/Non-Life, Health or Auto. /liliExcellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills. /liliStrong analytical and problem-solving abilities. /liliAbility to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment. /li /ulh3Language /h3ulliFrench is a plus. /li /ulh3Location /h3pNearshore/offshore. /pulliExperience as a medior functional analyst. /liliDutch or French. /liliFamiliarity with C is a plus. /li /ulpYou will be part of a growing Belgian SME where initiative and personal development are encouraged.
