And beyond. /p h3The Corporate team at Alan /h3 pYou will join Alan's Corporate team, the unit that covers legal, privacy, governance, risk, compliance and security as Alan scales. /p pThis is a newly created role: you will be Corporate's first Enablement builder. Your job is to make Alan's regulated development (legal, privacy, compliance, risk, security) seamless and integrated with how we build product: you turn manual, expert-heavy processes into automated ones and build the tooling that lets compliance scale with Alan instead of slowing it down. /p pYou will benefit from close mentorship and structured support, you won't be left on your own, and the deep legal, privacy, and security expertise stays in the team around you. At Alan, roles evolve, so you will have real opportunities to expand your scope across topics and countries as you grow. /p h3Your missions /h3 ul libMake regulated work scale. /b Alan's regulatory load grows with every new member, market and product, and handled by hand it buckles. You build the layer that absorbs it: a clear path that routes each request to the right owner, and tooling that takes on the recurring work, so Corporate's load stops climbing in lockstep with the company. /li libRebuild processes end to end. /b You will take a painful process, understand why it works the way it does, listen to the people it affects, and redesign it so it is faster for everyone and largely runs itself. You stay on it after launch, watch how it is used, and keep improving it until it becomes the way people actually work. /li libStay ahead of the friction. /b You will spot the next bottleneck before it bites and design solutions that keep Alan both compliant and fast, without trading one for the other. /li libProve the impact. /b You will set clear goals and measure them, so every change you ship makes life easier on both sides: the Corporate team you work with and the Alaners they serve. /li /ul h3In your first six months, you will have /h3 ul liShipped a first system that gives Alaners one simple, fast way to get what they need from Corporate. /li liOwned at least one process from problem to a live, automated solution that people actually use. /li liBecome a trusted, pragmatic builder for both the Corporate team and the Alaners you serve. /li /ul h3Profile we are looking for /h3 h3What you bring /h3 ul libYou build. /b You have turned manual, repetitive work into automated or self-serve solutions with no-code, low-code and AI tools, whether at work, in internships, or on your own projects. /li libYou are drawn to regulated work. /b You want to understand why legal, privacy, governance, risk, compliance and security processes exist and where they create friction, and you ramp up fast on a domain that is new to you.
