I am currently looking for a Senior Functional Analyst to join a large-scale digital transformation environment, working on the analysis, design and optimisation of business-critical information systems.
In this role, you will act as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring that requirements are translated into effective functional solutions that support organisational objectives. You will be involved throughout the full project lifecycle, from initial analysis and design through to implementation and production support.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the functional analysis and design of information systems and business applications.
- Create concepts and support planning activities during the pre-analysis and design phases.
- Gather, analyse and document business and functional requirements.
- Support the delivery of system changes and enhancements from development through to production.
- Identify opportunities for system improvements and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Define new functional requirements and specifications to meet business needs.
- Support system upgrades, issue resolution and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Assess service requests, feasibility, technical impacts, resource requirements and delivery timelines.
- Collaborate closely with business stakeholders, developers, architects and testing teams within an Agile environment.
Required Experience
- 5+ years' experience as a Functional Analyst or Business Analyst in complex IT environments.
- Strong experience conducting functional analysis and translating business requirements into functional specifications.
- Proven ability to work across the full software development lifecycle.
- Experience working in Agile delivery environments.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. xlxgzvr
