Description A leading international financial institution operates several technology hubs across Europe, supporting software engineering activities at Group level. After laying the groundwork for UX within its technology organization, the growing team is ready to take the next step. We're looking for a Senior UX / Product Designer to help scale the impact of design, elevate design standards, and deliver better experiences to users. Requirements As a Senior UX / Product Designer, your mission will be to: Collaborate closely with Product Owners, business stakeholders and development teams to support the implementation of designs within an Agile setup, ensuring that user needs and business goals are translated into compelling design solutions and high-quality user experiences. Lead the design process with a user-centric approach, ensuring that products and features align with expected customer outcomes. Contribute to the design system by providing feedback and building new components or adapting existing ones to ensure consistency across all digital channels and foster a cohesive brand identity and user experience. Perform user research and usability testing to gather insights and continuously improve designs through feedback. Work across various platforms, devices and screen sizes, ensuring consistency, coherence and responsiveness of software solutions. Our ideal candidate should have: Degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Digital Media, Media Informatics or a related field. At least 3 to 4 years of experience as a UX Designer, with a portfolio demonstrating previous work and contributions to engaging user experiences. Practical experience in conducting qualitative and quantitative user research. Good understanding of the UX design process, from research, concept and design to prototyping, user validation and implementation. Experience in designing web software and applications is a strong plus. Strong knowledge of interaction design, visual design and low
- / high-fidelity prototyping. Experience with design tools such as Figma. Interest in moderating collaborative workshops. Familiarity with Design Thinking methods is a plus. Good communication, presentation and stakeholder-management skills, with a structured, proactive and autonomous working style. And also: An Agile mindset, with a strong focus on collaboration, knowledge sharing, supporting more junior team members, intellectual humility and continuous learning. Proven ability to deliver against deadlines. A true team-player mindset, as teamwork is central to the organization. Fluency in English, both written and verbal. French is a strong plus. In addition, we are looking for passionate individuals with a well-rounded personality and a good sense of humour. Willingness to travel when required within Europe. A valid Luxembourg work permit is required.
