Key Responsibilities
Configure, customize, and enhance IAM infrastructure components based on functional requirements. Contribute to the design and implementation of identity governance and access control solutions. Develop and maintain REST and SOAP web services integrated with IAM systems. Produce technical documentation, test plans, and integration procedures. Support integration, performance, and load testing activities. Provide functional and technical recommendations to optimize IAM solutions. Required Skills & Experience Proven experience with NetIQ Identity Manager , NetIQ Access Manager , and NetIQ eDirectory . Strong experience in developing REST/SOAP web services . Experience deploying and integrating IAM solutions in enterprise or public-sector environments. Knowledge of SAML , OAuth , OpenID Connect , Java/JEE , JavaScript , AJAX , XML , and MS SQL Server . Experience with SUSE Linux Enterprise Server , Red Hat Enterprise Linux , and Windows Server environments. Basic knowledge of UML modeling. Additional Requirements Native-level French language proficiency. Ability to work on-site in Brussels 2 days per week (hybrid model). Demonstrated experience delivering at least three similar IAM/NetIQ projects , including IAM integration, process design, and IAM connector development. Location Brussels, Belgium (Hybrid)
