What you will do
- Partner with business stakeholders to understand operational challenges, processes, and transformation opportunities
- Facilitate workshops, interviews, and discovery sessions to capture and challenge business needs
- Define future-state visions and transformation roadmaps aligned with enterprise strategy
- Bridge business and IT teams by translating business requirements into actionable initiatives
- Identify digital and AI-driven opportunities to improve efficiency, decision-making, and collaboration
- Drive alignment across ongoing initiatives, dependencies, and strategic priorities
- Prepare executive-ready presentations, recommendations, and transformation deliverables
- Support adoption of new ways of working and contribute to change management activities
- Promote innovation methodologies such as design thinking and agile collaboration practices
- Monitor market trends and emerging technologies to inspire new digital capabilities
What you bring
- Master’s degree in Business, Engineering, IT, Economics, or a related field
- Experience in digital transformation, business analysis, functional analysis, or innovation consulting
- Strong experience facilitating stakeholder workshops and gathering business requirements
- Ability to connect business strategy with technology solutions
- Familiarity with agile methodologies and design thinking approaches
- Strong analytical mindset combined with pragmatic problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities
- Ability to challenge ideas constructively and influence senior stakeholders
- Exposure to AI use cases, automation initiatives, or data-driven transformation projects is a strong plus
- Comfortable working in dynamic and fast-changing environments
