For our prestigious customer, we are currently looking for an hybrid profile Enterprise Architect and Solution Architect, fluent in Dutch. TasksFacilitating, in the IT field, the connection of new partners to the e-portal for entrepreneurs.Working closely with stakeholders including functional analysts, infrastructure experts, the various architects, and ensuring the right alignment mechanisms.Solving technical problems that new partners would encounter when joining the e-portal for entrepreneurs.Follow-up of architectural changes of applications and manage their impact.Ensuring that new projects are consistent with the software architecture of the e-portal for entrepreneurs. Evaluating existing solutions within the client landscape as well as new technologies, and you follow product evolutions, both on a general IT level and specifically for the government market. Designing new features for the e-portal for entrepreneurs. Managing application administrators and developers. Prepare and communicate technical documentation to partners and keep it up-to-date.Taking into account architectural standards and guidelines and directing correct monitoring of the applications in order to meet current and future needs consistently.Relationship management with the organisations responsible for software components that are part of the ecosystem of the e-portal for entrepreneurs.Monitoring critical qualities of the e-portal for entrepreneurs, such as security and performance. Guiding architectural choices for the growth of the ecosystem around the entrepreneurs' one-stop shop.Reporting to and collaborating with the programme manager of the e-portal for entrepreneurs. Necessary skills and experienceMaster's degree or equivalent through experienceDemonstrable experience in technical environments in which the program is located (PHP, Drupal, Angular, AWS, etc.)At least 10 years of experience as an Enterprise / Solution Architect At least 10 years of work experience in large mission-critical applications At least 10 years of experience dealing with integration and application architecture, portal architectures, complex ecosystems, and broad integrationsAt least 10 years of experience in creating implementation and migration plans At least 10 years of experience in complex and interactive systems Experience with functional or technical analyses, project management, system infrastructure, agile development methods Demonstrable experience in technical environments in which the program is situatedDemonstrable experience of documenting software architecture Demonstrable experience with Software Product Line Framework of the Software Engineering Institute Experience with assessments of software and architecture, using frameworks such as Atam of the software engineering institute to address technical issues in detail (to researching/reading source code (PHP, Angular, Drupal...)Hands-on experience to dive into the code yourself to be able to understand the structure of th code and advise the de team.Knowledge of agile architecture principles Experience to create a blueprint or overarching design in a collaborative context, taking into account the broader business context, the current application landscape, long-term objectives and solutions on the marketExperience in a government context is a plusexperience in using ArchiMate/UML/BPMN At least 5 years of experience in the use of integration patterns: API, Message Based, Event Based... Demonstrable experience in the use, application and analysis of non-functional requirements and quality attributes Very good communication skills at different levels: development, management,...
