Workday Consultant

Mission Overview: We are seeking an experienced Workday Consultant for a consultancy mission at a client site, representing Keystone Solutions. In this role, you will leverage your strong expertise in the HCM Core module, Recruitment & Talent modules, and advanced knowledge of Workday integrations to support, optimize, and maintain business unit processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Workday HCM Configuration & Support

Configure, maintain, and optimize the Workday HCM Core module.

Translate business requirements into scalable Workday solutions.

Support day-to-day operations and resolve system issues.

Integrations & Technical Expertise

Manage and monitor inbound/outbound integrations with external systems (payroll, benefits, vendors).

Troubleshoot integration issues and ensure data accuracy and consistency using Workday Studio and Core Connectors (including PECI).

Profile / Requirements:

Experience

Proven experience as a Workday Consultant or Analyst.

Strong hands-on experience with Workday HCM Core, Recruitment & Talent, Workday Studio, and PECI integrations.

Experience with complex Workday integration landscapes.

Functional Knowledge

Good understanding of HR processes (hire, job changes, compensation, payroll).

Ability to translate business needs into system configurations.

Soft Skills

Analytical mindset and problem-solving skills.

Strong communication skills (ability to interact with HR and IT stakeholders).

Structured, detail-oriented, and quality-driven.

Strong team player with the ability to collaborate effectively across HR and IT teams.

Nice to Have

Workday certifications (HCM, Integrations, Studio).

Experience with complex payroll environments.

Knowledge of reporting (Workday reports, Prism Analytics is a plus).
