Taakomschrijving:

 

Als Security Officer ben jij de drijvende kracht voor het domein IT en OT security bij Lantis. Je zorgt ervoor dat onze medewerkers op een veilige manier kunnen werken met de ICT-infrastructuur en applicaties. Je neemt zoveel als mogelijk de nodige initiatieven ter preventie van veiligheidsincidenten en bent ons centrale contact voor het beperken en remediëren van impact m.b.t. informatieveiligheid. Je stelt een gezond veiligheidsbeheer op en organiseert de implementatie van bijkomende beveiligingsmaatregelen met interne en externe hulp.

 

Volgende taken maken deel uit van je takenpakket:

 

  • Je bepaalt samen met het bestuur een organisatie brede visie en beleid rond informatieveiligheid
  • Je verzorgt de communicatie met de respectievelijke audit-instanties voor lokale besturen zoals Audit Vlaanderen
  • Je ontwikkelt, implementeert, optimaliseert en communiceert procedures, processen, instrumenten ter ondersteuning van een veilig informatiebeheer zoals DRP en SIEM
  • Je volgt de marktevolutie m.b.t. IT en OT Security-technieken op de voet en introduceert relevante opportuniteiten voor Lantis op basis van een business-case in samenspraak met de stuurgroep cyber security
  • Je neemt de SPOC-rol op voor informatieveiligheid bij Lantis en adviseert, ondersteunt en inspireert de afdelingen en het Management Team vanuit je expertise
  • Je begeleidt interne en externe IT en OT specialisten bij zowel operationele- als project-gerelateerde activiteiten en deelt je kennis en ervaring

 

Profiel

Minimale eisen:

 

  • Uitstekende gesproken en geschreven kennis van de Nederlandse taal
  • Inzet 1 FTE, in te vullen door 1 persoon
  • Bereid tot 3 dagen per week aanwezigheid op kantoor te Antwerpen

 

 

Opleiding en certificaten

  • Je beschikt over een masterdiploma in een informatica gerelateerde opleiding
  • Je beschikt over een ITIL (Foundation of hoger) certificaat
  • Je beschikt over het CISO certificaat of kan bewijzen dat je een opleiding aan het volgen bent dat leidt tot het CISO certificaat.

 

Kennis en ervaring:

  • Ervaring met het beheer van informatieveiligheid in een complexe omgeving
  • Ervaring met het opstellen van een policy informatieveiligheid en ICT Security roadmaps
  • Kennis van en ervaring met het implementeren van Identity and Access Management
  • Kennis van ITIL-processen relevant voor het beheren van een IT-omgeving zoals Incident-, Change-, Problem-,… Config_Mgt
  • Ervaring met het organiseren van bewustmakingscampagnes voor IT-gebruikers m.b.t. informatieveiligheid
  • Ervaring met basistechnieken in de domeinen van Digitale Werkplek, Datacenter, Netwerk en Applicatiebeheer alsook beveiligingstechnieken zoals
  • Encryptie van gegevens op werkstations, hardening van een werkstation OS
  • Veilige setup van serveromgevingen, hardening van een server OS, Single Sing-on, MFA
  • VPN-tunneling, WAF, stateful inspection firewall, IDS
  • Microsoft (Azure) Activer Directory, Microsoft Azure cloud security
  • Authenticatietechnieken PUM, PAM, CyberArk
